Where can I get cash immediately?

I need to get cash immediately in the form of a cash loan. The instant cash loan is needed today. If my payment does not clear by the end of today my car will be taken from me. I do not have time for a check to clear so I have got to get an instant cash loan for the payment. I have called a couple of places that advertise that you can get cash immediately but their fees are out of this world. I refuse to pay such a high fee on an instant cash loan as my credit is pretty good. I have just found myself short on cash due to some extra medical expenses this month. I will be taking the morning off to find a location where I can get my instant cash loan.
