I could not believe that they considered it a loan to get it 1 hour sooner.

My work said they could give me my check 1 hour sooner but it would be a loan and would deduct a fee from my next check for the cash advance. I thought they were crazy and explained that this truly was not a 1 hour loan or a cash advance it was my paycheck. They would not budge on the policy that said the checks could not be handed out early not even 1 hour or it would be considered a cash advance or loan. Luckily another employee heard what I needed and said he would happily give me the cash advance and did not need to pay it back within 1 hour but could wait until the next day to pay the loan.
